Gurutej Kaur was the founder and codirector of the 3HO Yoga Center in Toronto, Canada. She has taught kundalini yoga, pre and postnatal yoga, and yoga for women and children for over 29 years in the United States, Canada, and Europe. In 1998, Gurutej co-founded one of Los Angeles’ premiere yoga centers, Golden Bridge. In 1999, she opened her own studio, The Blessings Center, which offers daily yoga and meditation classes, a variety of lectures and workshops, and a private healing center.
